The Green Gateau
Our signature dessert.  A creamy chocolate Marquis (a rich solid mousse) between two layers of dark chocolate cake.  Contains both pistachio butter cream and rolled almond fondant decorated to look like a floral watercolor.
Apricot Napoleon Torte
